Direction of Use

Shaker: Add 3 heaped tablespoons (30g) to 300ml of water or plant-based milk. Shake well.

Smoothie: Add 3 heaped tablespoons (30g) to your smoothie.

Get Creative: Add to your oats, pancakes, or raw treats.

Adolescents (12-17 years) may take half the adult serve.
