Direction of Use

Add 4g (1 tablespoon) to your favourite cold beverage, 1 to 3 times per day. For sensitive people or those with long-standing IBS, start with 1/4 teaspoon and slowly increase the amount weekly until you can tolerate 1-2 tablespoons.
