Ingredients:

Each 300 microlitre dose (2 sprays) contains:

• Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) 1000 IU
• Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) 45mcg

Dose:

Adults: Deliver two (2) sprays into the inside cheek of the mouth once per day before a meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
